Project manager

As a project manager, I emphasize well-thought-out and shared communications practises and a comprehensive schedule. Successful projects need meta-level discussions on how to work together. To be aware of all the talent in the team, you need to have open discussions. And those discussions need to be balanced with clear and strategic communication structure, including how communication technology is utilized in the team. If there are no shared goals or transparent, assigned responsibilities, there will be no end result.

I’ve been part of projects big and small, each with their own sets of challenges and moments of success. From every project I’ve come out more knowledgeable and with new skills. These days, I can predict the points of contention in advance and prepare accordingly. I know that between challenges and surprises there is always places for triumph. Efficient teamwork is built on motivation to participate, active listening and self-reflection.
